I started without having time and without knowing how to do it

Sometimes small decisions have a much greater impact on future events than we can predict when making them. I made my decision to start working with Forever while working over 12 hours a day in a full-time job because I understood that nothing would change if I didn’t change anything. I started with 15 minutes a day. Today, I work full-time. Networking and being a networker is a profession that we learn like any other profession. It requires openness to training, development, and asking questions. I have many written goals and motivations, including three months of travel per year without calculating money and days off before each new trip. Life flows every day, we cannot stop time. The question is, what will we do with our time?

Forget everything you know about networking for a moment.

Every network marketing company has its own product and each has a different compensation plan. Anyone can join the Network and operate within it as they wish, building a positive, neutral, or negative image. Just as in any industry, there are companies that operate honestly and less honestly, and the same is true in the Network. Therefore, it makes no sense to judge a person or team of people who come to you with the Network based on past experiences.

I got to know the network system and its possibilities and decided that we would create a team of people working ethically, without cutting corners, with ready-made tools and positive energy. This is a decision for each of us. All you have to do is imitate people whose work style inspires you. Take out a clean sheet of paper, abandon beliefs of unknown origin, and ask the questions that come to mind.

Network is not about sales

When many people hear about networking and direct sales companies, they immediately think that working under the Forever umbrella means selling products. Being a professional networker is not about being a salesperson. There are many people who have joined network companies and never made any money. And one of the most common reasons is that… they tried to sell. What’s worse, they tried to sell to their friends. Direct selling means that the product is not sold in stores or retail chains; the product is delivered directly by the manufacturer.

A business that may suit you

Earning money from your phone, a different lifestyle, additional or main income. Work from anywhere in the world in the language you want to work in. To earn good money at Forever, you have to do the work, but it’s work on your own terms.

The online world, the offline world

I understood that by drawing conclusions based on superficial observations, we can draw them incorrectly. We often think that networking is active online work. This may be the case, but it does not have to be. The work of people who operate offline is not visible because they perform activities outside of social media. At Polish, European, and global conventions, you can see many entrepreneurs, people running their own businesses, and individuals focused on Network who operate in the real world.

This is how I completed my 2.5-year journey at Forever to achieve a managerial promotion, i.e., the highest margin position in the Company. We can advise you on both online and offline strategies.

An invitation to the world of entrepreneurship

The question is, do you exchange your time for money, or do you have the tools to earn money when you are not working? How much income do you generate while you sleep or rest? Entrepreneurship is a lever that allows us to generate income even when we are not working. In a network, we are paid not for the time we work, but for the results we achieve. At Forever, you can take on the role of an entrepreneur completely risk-free, which is impossible in a traditional business, which requires a large initial investment and reinvestment during the course of the business.

There is a very popular but false belief

At Forever, for financial purposes, it doesn’t matter whether you joined the company 30 years ago or today. Although the company has been operating in Poland for over 30 years, today at Forever, the highest incomes are generated by people who started working 3-8 years ago. New people, with fresh minds, a modern approach, and a better understanding of human motivation, have surpassed the top leaders in Poland in terms of remuneration and have entered the global elite.

The Forever compensation plan rewards those who do the most work the most generously. The date of joining the company is irrelevant.

Can you pass on your salary from your previous or current company and your pension as part of your inheritance?

At Forever, all the work you do is hereditary. You can transfer the structure you have built to a designated person by notarial deed. Today, after 30 years of the company’s operation in Poland, we are seeing the first people who are inheriting the Forever model they have worked for.
